GreasyPalm already offers a White Label service but their system would appear to be much more tightly integrated with their own site sharing the same members ( You can login to any of them with your GreasyPalm login and vice versa).

For a while now (must be several months) 4uni.co.uk has had a message on their homepage:

Probably safe to call it closed. If it does return they’ll have to work hard to convince customers they can be trusted not to disappear again.
The Closed Site list is getting bigger all the time.
Sadly the vast majority of the time with Cashback Sites, they simply disappear without explanation or a chance for customers to get their money. Emtigo and Bighair being the exception - giving plenty of warning and extra reducing payment thresholds.
